The programme will help you to develop direction and to take significant steps towards reaching your goals.
Club12 offers an international empowerment process for anyone who is
motivated to increase their success in business and in their personal life.

The programme entails the following in a nutshell:
Club12 offers a monthly gathering with fixed dates in advance (see either the registration section, or they will be scheduled with the group in the first meeting). The programme is structured and facilitated by a professional coach. It will
provide you with tools and techniques regarding self-management, creativity, increasing self-efficacy.
Between the monthly meetings you will continue your work in three ways:
ClubWork
Double Intention
Ongoing Buddy Teamwork ensures that you keep your spirits up and don’t lose momentum, by participating in a structured, intermediate work unit with a learning partner (more information below).
ClubStudy
Walk the Talk
Implementing and completing tasks or self-study (observation of your work procedures and your emotional reactions towards them).
ClubProcess
Own It
Joining forces, knowledge, energy, and empathy. Process work means an ongoing, deep, and meaningful exploration. It is all about learning to own your success.
In short, it will be a roller-coaster ride embedded in a safe framework.

Replace the word ‘project’ with anything that seems the right thing for you to focus on in these six months. It takes courage and caring. And it takes work on a regular basis. What is it that motivates you? What is it that sabotages your enterprise?
Club12 Dates & Details
Size of the group
The number 12 has many associations: the clock ticks 12 hours a day; King Arthur had 12 knights; the magical number 12 is found in many tales and myths.
In order to make the magic happen, the group size will be limited to a maximum of 12 members.
Commitment
Club12 will take place in the evenings from 18.30 – 22.00. Often a fixed day of the week can be tricky, so Club 12 offers meetings from Mondays to Thursdays.
Your commitment is crucial to your and the group’s success. Please make sure that you can attend the prearranged meetings.

Location
Club12 will take place in Berlin (preferably Schöneberg) and will be announced as soon as the group size is fixed after the registration deadline.
Since it is still unknown when face-to-face group work will be permitted this year, within the context of the pandemic, an online start will probably be offered to kick-start the process.
